Back in the game, haha. I have been back on pinterest off and on and honestly I think I have enough DIY ideas for myself and 5 friends. Here are just a few I have been pinning lately...
There will always be an outfit, I love this idea and it's actually made me mix up a few of my clothes to get together similar outfits and I have LOVED them! I just bought a cardi similar to this from Cotton On the other week, bonus as it was on sale for $10 and I am wearing it as I type.
Seriously this is amazing. Check out the blog that designed these here, they are bricks by the way. How amazing is that? I have a few laying about, so this will happen in my house hold. Once I decide on the animals, I actually think this will end up in my office instead of at home.
I can not get enough of triangles lately, call me crazy because I am, triangle crazy that is, haha. If you follow me on pinterest here, you would know this from my pins as of late. This is by Rachel from Smile and Wave, but I first seen it on the A Beautiful Mess blog. Rachel has done it as Christmas trees, and honestly I would just do it because as I mentioned above, big on triangles lately.
GOLD, yes I am loving gold and mainly because I now have the spray paint, might need to stock up, haha. The guys at the local hardware store might get to know me by name and know why I am there. Gold spray paint Kellie? Why yes, that is why I am here. Hahaha. Best of all I have a lamp ready! This is so going to happen this weekend, and if I wasn't in my office as I type this, I might just very well be doing it now.
One day I will get to making a quilt and maybe sooner rather than later. This quilt made by Elise Blaha [really I could just link her blog as say, this is what I want to make, as I love everything she makes], and I have been in awe from the moment I seen her blog about it. It's been on my many to do lists. I have the fabric already bought, in greys and apricots, ready. I am just yet to take the plunge. Elise has an e-course coming up and I can't WAIT.
Did I happen to mention yet my love for triangles lately, haha. I used to do this as I mentioned in my last pinterest post in needle work in school and loved it to bits. This is something I would definately do, and especially in this pattern. Once I figure out what the actually thing you do it on is called? Anyone?
I didn't actually pin this, so call me cheating! I seen it online somewhere a while back and LOVE it. It's 2 lamp shades stuck together and spray painted... Gold spray paint here I come, kidding, maybe... I can manage to find so many lamp shade frames in every design, BUT this one, and of course I love this one the most.
Seriously, this makes me laugh....
