I have been trying to remeber make a few quick and simple cards with my stamps, when I think of it lately or after I have finished crafting with paper using the scraps. As most know, I used to be an avid cardmaker and now I rarely think to make one at all. I often get asked by family members for a card and they don't seem to understand that yes I still craft but no not cards anymore, try explaining this to people that know nothing about crafts. Heck I would love to have some cards on hand myself, I went back to buying them, SAY WHAT? I know, I know.... Shame on me, shame on me.
This one took me about 10-20 minutes. Mainly because I was waiting for the Heidi Swapp Color Shine to dry and so I worked on other things while waiting. You get a peek at a stamp coming in October, I know, how lucky are you, lol. Here is the card.
USED : White cardstock, Heidi Swapp Color Shine, Wood Veneer Stars and Dear Darling paper pad, both bought from Jodie at Polka Dot Creative. My smash pen. Thin cork, kraft cardstock, circle paper punch x 2 and a stamp from my stamp set, My Home and the "tag" stamp from a new stamp set coming in October.
Quick and simple, just the way I like my crafting...
