I don't mean to just be grateful for 30 minutes once during the whole month of November, I mean taking 30 minutes each day to be grateful, truly grateful. To continue on from taking 31 minutes for 31 days, to do something for yourself. I want you to do the same for November, but to be grateful each day for 30 minutes. Once again there are so many ways you can do this. You don't have to get crafty, you don't even have to share. If you do want to get creative, you can do this in a form of documentation with a travelers notebook, a journal. Take and share a photo a day. You can follow a list if this would be easier, I just happen to have put one together, what a coincidence, haha.
I plan to use the list above with a pocket page notebook from The Stamps Spot. I'm really excited to get started. I've seen people do this previously and like everything I have really wanted to join. But I know when I take on a "challenge" I fail. So this isn't a challenge, this about taking 30 minutes a day for me to reflect on something I am grateful for and I will document it at the same time, WINNING. If you want to join I would absolutely LOVE that! Use the hashtag #gratefulfor30minutes so we can all share and support one another. The facebook group for 31 minutes for 31 days will be open for people to join to share what they are grateful for. You can join, HERE.
