Pink and Yellows for the Jot Mood Board Challenge I knew this one I had to try. I mean I have 3 girls, you'd think it was a given. The funny thing is that once you add the word challenge it's almost like I can't get it to come together? Weird I know. I sat and tried to get my layout to work and then while skyping with another crafter it all came together, talking it out helped and this was the result :
I used a bunch of left overs from my Gossamer Blue kits and mixed in with the black and white instax I love how it came out. I'm still tossing up about adding journaling or not, but can always go back.
When I seen the jot mood board, here, I absolutely loved the colours and the inspiration from the jot team. Only then I sat down and got out what I had of those colours and I couldn't get them to work for me the way I wanted to. In the end i made a page in my 4x4 album and kept it simple.
I've used a digi stamp from my stamp set, KIDDO, here.
SUPPLIES : Buttons from October Afternoon. Ribbon, xoxo pattern paper and 'so happy' sticker from A Beautiful Mess, Messy Box. 'H' flair from Feed Your Craft. Flower sticker and heart button from Gossamer Blue previous kit.
ALBUM : Using a 4x4 WRMK album bought in Australia from Paper Trenz.
PHOTOS : All photos printed at home using my epson picture mate.
Have I mentioned I have a thing for 4x4 albums? If you do to or have one that you haven't used but want to, then stay tuned! Jessica from Color Cast Designs and I have a PLAN in the works and sharing soon.
