Late last year while shopping with my bestie before she moved state, Kristy and I came across this book from typo. Kristy and I have been sending each other a morning message since mid last year with three things we are grateful for. We had a break for this over Christmas holidays, mainly because I went away without service, it's a busy time of year and having family home for the holidays makes us grateful enough. The book is all about digital detox, with 100 challenges and 100 colouring pages. Mind you there are some challenges that I just know I wont be able to do, but I plan to give it a darn hard try. I can't wait to get into it with my bestie.
