gossamer blue august blog hop

Time for this months blog hop with Gossamer Blue and the amazing creative design team.  Still pinch myself that I'm lucky enough to be part of this amazing company.

Today I'm sharing a 12 x 12 layout using the August main add on kit, here.  With all of the August kits I challenged myself to only make 12 x 12 layouts and using pattern paper.  It was so much fun and made me realise how much I miss the traditional 12 x 12 scrapbooking that I used to do years ago.  Will be doing the same from now on.

This layout is bright, colourful and fun, just like my girlfriend.

 When I first saw this amazing pattern paper I was going to cut it all up and then as I was getting what photos I wanted to use ready I happen to place photos from my trip to Townsville a couple of years ago onto the paper and loved it as is.

Now even known it's winter here and I'm always day dreaming of warmer weather and doing this layout bought back amazing memories and I could almost feel the heat again.

 If I had to pick a favourite kit from August, which is hard, because I absolutely love them all and loved using some.  I'd have to pick Life Pages Add On #3 :
