If you follow me on instagram then you've seen the Botanical Garden, Happy Planner, that I shared and I bought online within Australia from, HERE. BUT it's not the first happy planner I bought. How did this idea all come about? I love walking, in winter I slacked off, like a lot, like my cheat day lasted all winter and winter seemed to go into Spring. When the weather picked up I was back into it daily. Some days I didn't want to, others I couldn't wait, I made myself go daily. Podcasts are my best friend for this reason. But I wanted to keep myself accountable, and so came the Mini Happy Planner for Fitness, HERE. I actually ordered the Fitness planner first but it was on back order and was here when I returned from our holiday. In fact can I give a BIG shout out to Scrap Boutique. Amazing service and based in Australia, HERE.
I'm sort of in love with the fitness planner. It's small and compact yet has everything I personally need. I dropped off the wagon a bit over Christmas and with just not long getting back from our Summer holiday. But I had been keeping a strict eye on what I was eating, the amount of water I was drinking and my blood pressure in general. This planner is going to help me keep accountable, set goals, bet them and get a general idea on my eating habits. The stamp set peek you see is my design and one of two coming in 2017.
I tried really hard to resist buying the Botanical Garden planner, but then Scrap Boutique had a sale and I caved, plus it's stunning. I mean a bargain is a bargain, am I right? I've now started the class over at Big Picture Classes taught by the QUEEN of Happy Planners, Amanda, HERE. My plan is to use the planner as a memory planner of sorts. I am FOREVER behind in project life. As of last night I'm currently 14 weeks behind in my 2016 album. I'm now working on catching up, but while I do that my 2017 album will already be behind. Catch 22. My plan is to take a little time each night or mid week and print/write/stamp and keep little bits of the month in The Happy Planner. If you are thinking about or doing this for the first time, I HIGHLY recommend taking the class by Amanda. I've started it and already blown away and not at all overwhelmed like I can be at times with new projects/ideas.
Do you have a Happy Planner?
I have 2 Happy Planners. I bought the BIG one first and realized it was too big for me to use as my creative planner but have turned it into my fitness planner. I am not doing much exercising but I do wear a pedometer so I keep track of that, my weight and I am following the Hungry-Girl eating plan so I write down my food intake as well. I've been using it since September and I've loved it. Then I got a regular version of the Happy Planner to use as my creative planner for my Etsy shop and blog, etc. I'll be interested to see how well they hold up with using them a whole year.

Hey there Janet, thank you for coming by and leaving a comment. Love a good chat. I also don't do much of the way of "exercise", I try and walk 3 to 6 times a week and wear a fitbit and like seeing the results on paper. I also am, well will be getting back on the clean eating that I taught myself to do and always see results.
That's so awesome you've been using it for so long and going strong.
Sounds like you've got them planned! I'm hoping my journey with them sticks. So far I'm really loving the memory planner aspect of it. The fitness one.... We are on Summer holidays here and our eating habits go a little all over the place during the time. TIME to get back into again!
Thanks again Janet for stopping by my blog x
