It's here! It's officially October. This means we are in the middle of Spring here in Australia. I know fall has started in the States. This also means 31 minutes for 31 days has officially begun! I had so many plans and ideas going into this project. Project life catch up, I mean I'm at May, I've hit a wall. Mandala drawings for 31 days. Mini travel album from my trip to Queensland. Watercolouring painting in travelers notebook with inspirational quotes. To read one of the many new books I've purchased recently...
What I decided to go with? I figured why not do them all? Not at the one time, haha! Well not unless I have time. I mean you get 31 days right? I feel by mixing things up, personally this will keep me motivated even more so. To go with what I'm feeling that day. This morning after a lack of sleep a mix of daylight savings and emotions, I needed a little release and water colour painting with a quote was the way I went for day 1 of 31 minutes for 31 days.
This was actually SO fun and a lot easier than I thought it would be, it came together rather quickly. I knew I kept hold of my SU! heat gun for a reason, haha! The quote really spoke to me as I'm one to start thinking about something in my past and overthink it for hours, anxiety at it's best. It's time to let go.
What are you doing today for your 31 minutes for 31 days?
