Starting tomorrow I'll be taking 31 minutes out of my day for 31 days to do something for myself.
I've decided to use my gratitude journal from Kikki.k and my 1 line a day journal. Something I've been trying to get back into the routine of. BUT I'm also going to be doing a creative project.
I've loved seeing the positivity passport in my feed. My plan is to use a storyline chapters notebook from the @heidiswapp collection to document something positive from 2020 so far on the daily. Because man what a year right?! Would be nice to remind myself that while a CRAZY year, it had a lot of positives.
